| Notes |
Constantly on the move since the time she was a youngling, she's had to make sure to always have salt water readily available for when her journeys would take her above and out of the water in which she was born. She lacks lungs that can breathe in air, and has to keep a mask made of salt water over her nose/mouth in order to "breathe" when topside. As her body is more suited for traversing land (she lacks fins) she's taken to carrying around large jugs and waterskins full of salt water. Thanks to her advanced physical strength this is an easy enough task for her, but the limit of how much water she can carry does mean she often has to keep aware of where she can find salt water so she can re-fill her supply often.
She cannot breathe fresh water - she can only breathe salt water. While she can swim through fresh water, she would require a salt-water mask to breathe while within it. The salt-water mask she wears is weaved together through her own hydromancy abilities, and does not remain in it's form during her sleep or when she's knocked unconscious. When sleeping it's easiest to do so within a body of salt water, but if she's not close to a source of one, she can always rest with her head within her water carriers. If all of her jugs are full she has enough salt water to breathe for up to eleven hours.
