Notes	Notes Born beneath an Eclipse that saw his magical core born unstable and dangerous, he was among the year group that was put into an enchanted sleep for their own protection. In this sleep the time that normally would've passed for them to reach adulthood took place in a dream-world, while time outside of it remained moving at a regular pace. To his family it was only a matter of a couple of weeks for him to grow from infant to adult, but in the dream-world the time of six months passed and was experienced by him. When he woke from the dream-world for the final time his physical body was fully grown. As he was born under the Eclipse he was born with an Elemental Mutation that takes many forms across his body. His wings are a mix of ice and flower petals, and his tail ends in a frosted-bloom. He has large snowflakes that flare from the end of his ear-tips. In order to keep their magic from becoming unstable once again, a Mage must keep a physical manifestation of their magic created. Nebulous Chains are either black or white depending on the amount of light in an area. To the Mage they belong to they are heavy and spiked, but to others they're as substantial as shadow (incorporeal, and unable to be touched). When wrapped around a limb the Nebulous Chains cause the area between the chains to disappear entirely, causing visible (and physical) gaps in the in-between space. These areas are marked off by the cut edge of a starscape left on the outer edge of the physical area that's been "cut". These missing areas cannot be physical touched - they're temporarily "gone" - but they do not hurt the Mage. When used against someone that is not a Mage of the Eclipse, the Nebulous Chains can be used to temporarily "sever" limbs from a target, cutting off their ability to move or use magics.
